Supporting people with complex needs and behavioural challenges.
Having worked in Health and Social Care for 27 years, I wanted to use my passion and experience around behaviour support to train, advise and guide other organisations in supporting people with complex and behavioural challenges.
My experience began in 1996 when I supported people with learning challenges and complex behaviours. After 17 years of operational work, including directly supporting individuals, managing teams of people and a Care Management role I moved into Learning and Development for the next eight years. During this time I specialised in offering foundation and individualised intervention support and crisis management techniques across services. With a focus on the quality of care being provided, I then progressed to a Quality and Compliance Manager role. Working in various Health and Social Care departments has given me a broad perspective of operational needs, learning and development methods and regulatory requirements.
Safety, Situational Awareness and Attachments are the core values of Trinity Intervention Solutions and these are at the forefront of our thinking when considering intervening.
